I'm Krissy - I've spent more than a decade in the cake industry, including years specialising in wedding cakes, and I've learnt a LOT about what happens behind the pretty Instagram photos.
I'm a cake business coach, cake flower specialist and former teacher - and The Chaos of Cake is basically everything I wish existed when I was figuring this stuff out myself.
